Hello, Welcome to the Cobhill Cattery Web Home. My name is Barbara Battaglia,
and I have been showing and breeding Persian cats since 1992. My cats are CFA registered.
My breeding program goal is to produce healthy, well
socialized kittens that meet the standards of the breed. To accomplish this, I keep a small number of carefully
selected breeding cats. This allows me to give each cat the attention he or she deserves. I specialize in
solid color persians and himalayans. Cob Hill breeding cats are DNA tested for PKD.

I am lucky enough to be able to divide my time between the suburban Chicago area and
a cozy cottage on the banks of the beautiful Tippicanoe River in Indiana. My cats are equally at home in either place.
Sort of a "City Cat, Country Cat" arrangement, so you will see two phone numbers.

CH Tallin's Shiloh of Cob Hill
Thank you Charlotte and Brian Bech-Hansen for this beautiful blue/cream point
himalayan girl. She is a fine example of the breed, and in her first show out as a Champion, was best of breed
in 5 rings and selected to be in two finals at the MEWS show in Racine, WI. I am very grateful to have her.

Goliada's Cardigan of Cob Hill
Thank you Nancy for this delightful young boy.
This site created on May 29,2002.

GC Cob Hill's Hold the Mayo
sire: Bontiphil Jeramiah of Cob Hill
Dam: Purrinlot Fiona Apple of Cob Hill

CH Thundapurr Little Eva of cob Hill
Thank you Mary Karraker for this wonderful blue point himalayan girl.
After her show career, she began producing beautiful kittens, and has now retired. She has assumed her place as the
"top cat" in the house. She greets me first thing in the morning as soon as my feet touch the floor, and I can
expect to see her lying beside me on the sofa every evening. She is very dear to my heart.

Marco and CiCi, two altered boys living with my daughter and her family in
Connecticut. Very spoiled and muched loved. You too, can adopt a retired adult from Cob Hill. Very nice
amateur photograph, Rachel.
